2. Scope
This policy applies to all personnel globally, including Afghanistan, who:
Solicit, accept, or manage client projects.
Conduct advertisements or collaborations.
Use company resources, contacts, or intellectual property in business dealings.

3. Authorization and Conduct
Exclusive Authorization:
Employees may only engage with clients or projects through Faraaaz.com.
Independent solicitation, agreements, or financial transactions with clients for personal gain are strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities Include:
Accepting projects, commissions, or advertisements for personal profit.
Using company contacts, networks, or intellectual property for personal business.
Promoting personal services that bypass or compete with Faraaaz.com.
Misrepresenting personal work as company-approved work or vice versa.
Reporting Requirements:
All potential projects, collaborations, or client opportunities must be reported to management before acceptance.
No employee may sign agreements, contracts, or receive payment independently.

4. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
All project data, client information, strategies, and company resources are confidential.
Any unauthorized use, disclosure, or replication of company materials may result in civil or criminal legal action.

5. Disciplinary Measures
Violations may result in:
Termination of employment or contract.
Recovery of any unauthorized profits or benefits.
Legal action in applicable jurisdictions, including civil and criminal penalties.
Blacklisting or reporting to professional networks, where applicable.

6. Legal Compliance
Employees must comply with all local and international laws related to business conduct and contracts.
Faraaaz.com reserves the right to take legal action in any country where violations occur, including civil claims for financial damages and criminal prosecution if warranted.

7. Employee Responsibilities
Report all client or project opportunities to management.
Ensure no personal financial gain is derived from Faraaaz.com projects.
Maintain confidentiality and protect company intellectual property.
Cooperate fully with any investigation regarding project violations.

8. Policy Acknowledgment
