Faraaaz.com Social Media Policy

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and affiliates globally, including Afghanistan, who:



Use social media for work purposes.


Represent Faraaaz.com online in any capacity.


Handle digital content, marketing campaigns, or client engagement online.



Platforms include, but are not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, WhatsApp, and any emerging platforms.





3. Social Media Ownership and Authorization



Company Ownership:



All social media accounts representing Faraaaz.com are the exclusive property of the company.


All usernames, passwords, and administrative access must be provided to the company upon request.




Prohibited Accounts and Activities:



Creating, managing, or promoting Faraaaz.com through personal social media accounts without explicit written permission.


Posting content that represents Faraaaz.com without prior approval.


Using company logos, images, or proprietary content on personal accounts.




Content Approval:



All posts, stories, videos, campaigns, and collaborations must be reviewed and approved by management.


Employees may not comment, share, or repost company content on personal accounts in a way that implies personal ownership.




Access Control:



Employees must immediately provide all access credentials for any accounts they manage.


Withholding access, changing passwords, or restricting administrative privileges without approval is prohibited.





4. Employee Responsibilities

Employees are responsible for:



Maintaining professionalism online at all times.


Reporting any unauthorized social media accounts representing Faraaaz.com.


Not engaging in harassment, discriminatory language, or illegal activity on social media.


Ensuring all social media activity aligns with Faraaaz.com’s brand image and guidelines.



5. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property



All digital content, marketing strategies, client information, and social media plans are confidential and property of Faraaaz.com.


Employees may not reproduce, distribute, or share content for personal use or external projects.


Any breach may result in legal action, including civil or criminal liability.



6. Disciplinary Measures

Violations of this policy may result in:



Immediate removal or deactivation of unauthorized accounts.


Formal written warning.


Termination of employment or contract.


Legal action for damages or intellectual property theft.



7. Legal Compliance



Employees must comply with local laws in their country and international digital conduct regulations.


Unauthorized social media activity may trigger civil or criminal liability in addition to company disciplinary actions.
